Although we aren’t even a full week in yet, you’re probably tired of getting hit with the sweltering heat all Summer long and have run out of ideas of cool food to make. When we think of Winter, we tend to envision hot soup. Well, here we are telling you about cold soup! If you haven’t tried cold watermelon soup you’re missing out! It may sound like a funny dish, but trust us it’s the BOMB!

Here’s a really fun recipe to follow if you’re interested in making one:


  1. Blend watermelon, lemon juice, mint, and honey in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
